About the Role

B&B Group is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing activity across our diverse portfolio of businesses and industry-leading brands. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, sales teams and external suppliers, you will play a key role in ensuring marketing activity is delivered consistently, professionally and in line with both B&B Group and manufacturer brand standards. This is a varied and hands-on role combining content creation, campaign delivery, project coordination, brand management, internal communications and event support. It is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional looking to develop their career within a growing and dynamic business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a marketing, communications or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience creating content for social media, websites and marketing materials.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high brand standards.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software being advantageous.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the agricultural sector, including farming operations, agricultural machinery and the wider agricultural industry.
  • A creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between depots, customer locations and events when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions and manufacturer-led initiatives across the B&B Group.
  • Create and coordinate content for digital and print channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, brochures and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer stories, case studies, testimonials, photography and video content.
  • Ensure all marketing activity and communications align with B&B Group and manufacturer brand guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain marketing assets, collateral and promotional materials across all divisions.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of brochures, signage, merchandise, business cards, uniforms and branded materials.
  • Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, open days, customer events and manufacturer activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, agencies, printers and manufacturer marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, schedules and project plans to support the efficient delivery of marketing activity.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with marketing reporting and budget tracking.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the marketing function.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for the B&B Group, supporting consistent communication and brand representation across the business.
