We are seeking a reliable and versatile Perl Programmer who can also provide first-line technical support and handle incoming customer calls. This role combines software development with customer-facing support duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both programming and helping users solve practical problems.
Key Responsibilities- Perl Development
- Develop, maintain, and support Perl-based applications and scripts
- Troubleshoot and debug existing systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Integrate systems and automate routine processes
- Perform software testing and implementation support
- Technical Support
- Answer incoming support calls and emails
- Provide first-line technical assistance to customers and staff
- Diagnose and resolve common software and network issues
