We are looking to speak with experienced Planners to join our client, a successful residential developer working across the UK. You will play a key role in delivering high quality residential projects of all different sizes and complexities. You’ll support both pre-construction and live projects—developing detailed programmes, logistics plans, and methodologies, while ensuring alignment with ISO9001 and Health & Safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare tender and construction programmes, logistical plans, and method statements. * Support bids and live projects with up-to-date planning and scheduling. * Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Construction, Estimating, Build, Technical, Commercial) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, subcontractors). * Participate in project reviews, client meetings, and risk assessments. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems. * Support post-bid negotiations and contribute to successful project handovers. What We’re Looking For: * Experience in planning for residential developments (social and private housing). * Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and Health & Safety. * Proficiency with planning software and ability to present programme information clearly. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. * Ability to lead planning activities on complex, high-value projects. Qualifications: BTEC/HNC/FdSc/BSc in Construction or related field preferred
