The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
The main purpose of this role is to manage the order-to-invoice process for the assigned markets and coordinate with approved logistics partners to ensure customer requirements are met. The Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Coordinator will process customer orders, work closely with UK warehouse providers (internal and freight forwarders, where necessary) to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, and oversee accurate invoicing while resolving customer claims.
- Order & Logistics Management
- Process customer orders and coordinate with approved logistics partners to meet customer requirements.
- Manage the order-to-invoice process, ensuring on-time delivery to BCBI customers in the UK region.
- Liaise with 3PLs, Sales teams, and customers to resolve order queries efficiently.
- Manage inbound shipments, including compliance documentation and ensuring smooth customs clearance where necessary.
- Handle intercompany stock movements, including stock adjustments and inventory reconciliation.
- Oversee the point of sales transfer from suppliers to warehouses and onto customers.
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor and effectively address stock issues with supply chain team members to prevent order disruptions.
- Manage waste and old stock, ensuring compliance with company disposal policies.
- Handle returns and orders management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify and resolve outbound shipping issues while creating best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Actively seek logistics process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
- Manage and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance.
- Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support
- Support Supply Chain and the broader team with additional tasks as needed.
- Provide insights to improve customer service performance and overall supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Certifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CIPS) are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or order management roles is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in using NetSuite and Anaplan is beneficial but not essential.
- Familiarity with the specific industry (e.g., FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals) is beneficial but not essential.
- Multilingual skills are helpful for roles covering multiple markets.
