We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of IT to lead and scale our digital ecosystem. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring our technology infrastructure is secure, resilient, and aligned with business growth strategy. As Head of IT, you will own the end-to-end performance of our core business systems, including NetSuite (ERP), Anaplan, EDI connections to customer portals and marketplaces such as Amazon, and integrations with third-party logistics providers’ Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and key customers. You will also oversee outsourced IT service providers and external plug and play modules with various partners. This role blends strategic oversight with operational excellence. From infrastructure stability and cybersecurity to automation, systems optimisation, and digital transformation, you will be the organisation’s technology leader and trusted advisor.
