Dog Groomer in Twickenham

Located on quaint and picturesque Church Street of Twickenham. We are seeking a dedicated Head Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and possess excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about grooming and is looking to grow in their career. This is a great opportunity for someone is a capable of being a role model, a leader and a decision maker. Wages will be dependant on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets
• Handle pets with care and ensure their safety well-being during grooming sessions
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences
• Maintain a clean and organised grooming area and shop
• Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners
• Over see the grooming service operations.
• Works well with and manages full time grooming assistant.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a professional groomer.
• Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with pet owners
• Knowledge of animal care practices and techniques
• Veterinary background or certification is a plus
