We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Solutions Consultant available to work on contract to join our team in London. This is a critical client-facing role, responsible for understanding complex business challenges that can then be translated into solutions that we offer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, consultative selling skills, and a proven track record of delivering value-driven outcomes for enterprise-level clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into comprehensive solutions that leverage our platforms and services, particularly within the ecommerce industry. Client Discovery Participate in discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients to deeply understand their challenges, business objectives. Identify technological gaps, operational inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within their existing work streams. Solution Design & Proposal Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and solution maps that clearly articulate value, ROI, and implementation strategies. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet client expectations. Technical Consultation & Expertise Serve as the primary technical expert during the sales cycle, answering detailed product questions, addressing technical concerns, and guiding clients through complex solution designs. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing the features, capabilities, and benefits of our solutions tailored to specific client use cases. Lead or support trials to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of certain proposed solutions. Implementation & Support (Pre-Implementation Focus) Provide expert guidance during the pre-implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery. Act as a liaison between the client and internal delivery teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. Contribute to the development of solution documentation, including scope, requirements, and technical specifications. Market & Product Insight Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Provide valuable feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market insights. Skills And Qualifications Proven experience (ideally 3 years) as a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar client-facing role in a SaaS organization. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and crafting compelling proposals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
