We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue growth by selling high-ROI solutions to enterprise customers. This role requires a balance of strategic account management and new business hunting, ensuring both renewal expansion and net-new logo acquisition. The ideal candidate will excel in consultative selling, multi-threading across complex organizations, and positioning our solutions as critical business drivers.

  • Pipeline generation to grow the revenue within existing accounts and generate opportunities with new accounts.
  • Working collaboratively internally with teams (marketing, customer success, pre-sales etc.)
  • 3+ years relative experience in software.
  • Ability to identify target accounts, appropriate contacts within that account, and formulate strategies to both renew and generate more interest in Bazaarvoice.
