We are looking for a commercially-minded UKI Marketing Manager to own and drive the regional marketing strategy for the UKI business. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Marketing, this person will be responsible for shaping and executing the UKI marketing plan in line with regional priorities. They will work closely with sales, SDR, customer success, and the wider global marketing organisation to ensure marketing is fully aligned to business goals and accountable for performance.
The UKI Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the region, with clear accountability for marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue. They will partner closely with UKI sales leadership to identify priorities, define the regional plan, and deliver integrated marketing programmes that support both new business acquisition and growth within existing customers.
They must be confident operating across the full marketing mix, using data, market insight, and commercial judgement to make decisions and optimise performance.
- Own the UKI marketing strategy and regional plan, aligning activity to business priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue outcomes.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to translate commercial targets into a clear marketing approach across target segments, accounts, and customer opportunities.
- Drive close collaboration across sales, marketing, SDR, and customer success to ensure joined-up execution across the full buyer and customer journey.
- Own marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue in the region, with accountability for performance, ROI, and continuous optimisation.
- Lead the UKI channel mix across digital, content, events, paid, lifecycle, and account-based activity as appropriate.
- Localise global campaigns for UKI market needs and create region-specific programmes where local opportunity or market conditions require it.
- Use data, insight, and market context to assess performance, identify opportunities, and recommend where to invest for the greatest commercial impact.
- Work cross-functionally with global marketing and EMEA stakeholders to ensure UKI priorities are represented in broader planning and execution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the UKI market, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and sales challenges to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
5-8+ years' experience in B2B marketing, with strong experience in regional marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles within SaaS or high-growth technology businesses.
Proven experience building and executing marketing plans that drive pipeline, revenue contribution, and measurable business outcomes.
Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to align marketing strategy tightly to sales priorities and business growth goals.
Confident owning both acquisition and retention marketing activity, with a clear understanding of the full buyer and customer lifecycle.
Able to operate across multiple channels and programme types, with sound judgement on how to build the right mix for market needs and commercial return.
Comfortable using data to shape strategy, optimise performance, and communicate impact to senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with core marketing and revenue technology, such as Marketo, Salesforce, and reporting platforms.
Fluency in English required.
