Baywater Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Helpline Advisor (Weekend Part-Time) based in Cheshire. We’re looking for a friendly, communicative individual who enjoys helping others to join our supportive team. Join us and be part of the change, making a difference in thousands of people’s lives.
Working pattern: Saturday & Sunday only – we will consider candidates who can only work Saturday or Sunday 11-hour shifts (8:00am – 8:00pm) (1-hour unpaid breaks each day).
About the role: You’ll be at the heart of our customer service team, supporting patients and healthcare professionals to access the equipment and services they need to stay independent. Every interaction you have will make a real difference. Working from our modern Cheshire office, you’ll be part of a friendly and inclusive team where no two days are the same.
What you will be doing:
- Provide empathetic, professional support to patients, families, and clinical teams
- Manage your workload effectively, ensuring KPIs and objectives are met
- Support compliance with health and safety procedures
- Problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
