Baywater Healthcare has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Helpline Advisor (Full Time), based in Crewe who is a friendly and communicative individual and enjoys helping their community to join our amazing and supportive team! About the Role: You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our team. Responsible for supporting the Helpline Team Leader in all daily tasks, acting as team leader out of hours and as and when required. You will support the Team Leader to ensure that all department KPIs are met each month. Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
  • Assist the Team Leader with day to day implementation of team objectives.
  • Support with queries handled by team members who need support/guidance.
  • Problem solving equipment queries using NHS approved algorithm.
  • Processing Home Oxygen Order Forms through NHS approved Desk Based Risk Assessment.
  • Taking calls from patients and health care professionals and dealing with all enquiries in a positive and professional manner.
  • You will abide by all processes and procedures relative to the Environmental standards and complete all necessary training and updates as required.
