Respiratory Physiotherapist - Pulmonary RehabilitationBaywater HealthcareLocation: Community-based roleSalary: £39,959 per annumContract: Full TimeAbout the RoleBaywater Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Respiratory Physiotherapist - Pulmonary Rehabilitation to join our growing Clinical Services team, delivering evidence-based Pulmonary Rehabilitation services within the community.. Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.What You Will Be Doing: Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.This is an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist who is passionate about improving outcomes for patients living with respiratory conditions. Working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, treat and support patients with long-term respiratory disease, helping them improve their quality of life through tailored exercise programmes, education and self-management strategies.You will be working across a combination of community and clinical sites throughout Yeovil, Taunton, Frome and the surrounding areas, providing specialist respiratory assessment, treatment and pulmonary rehabilitation services within patients' local communities.About You:We know that sometimes people can be put off applying for a job if they don’t tick every box.
