About the Role
As a Healthcare Technician, you'll work independently across your assigned area, visiting patients in their homes to deliver, install, and maintain life-enhancing respiratory equipment.
No previous healthcare experience is required - we provide a full 8-week training programme to set you up for success.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver, install, service, and remove oxygen equipment in patients' homes across most of the South West Midlands area on a daily basis
- Provide reassurance, guidance, and support to patients and families
- Manage your daily schedule and routes effectively
- Respond to ad hoc service requests via the Healthcare Helpline
- Participate in the on-call rota (approx. 4 nights per month)
- Maintain safe handling, vehicle use, and compliance standards
- Represent Baywater with professionalism and empathy at all times

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undertake a DBS check
Baywater is a 24/7 company working on a rota system which includes weekend work roughly every 4th week with a day off either side of the weekend worked, Disability Confident.

Compensation & Benefits
- £28,496 base salary
- On-call payments (£40 per session)
- Quarterly bonus scheme (up to £600 annually)
