Bayview Contracts Ltd is one of Ireland's leading providers of building maintenance and energy upgrade solutions within residential properties. We are seeking experienced domestic Gas Engineers for the delivery of long-term (NIHE) central heating response maintenance contracts across the Mid-Ulster area (Craigavon, Lurgan & Portadown). As a Gas Safe registered Plumber, you will work within a team responsible for the delivery of a wide range of domestic heating tasks including Response Maintenance and Boiler Servicing.
Within this Full Time & Permanent position, you will be provided with a Company van, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone and an excellent benefits package, with an opportunity to develop within an exciting and progressive Company.
Typical tasks will include:
- Carrying out response and planned maintenance tasks within residential properties;
- Diagnosing and resolving boiler faults;
- Boiler servicing;
- Making recommendations on potential improvements to heating systems.
