As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the real estate market.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate sales professionals.
  • Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
