Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in a home care home setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to follow care plans effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to assisting clients with daily activities and personal care.

Duties

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Support individuals with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in care or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A caring attitude towards individuals in need of assistance, demonstrating empathy and respect.
