The predicted salary is between 15 - 16 £ per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Supply food from business suppliers and prepare for markets, including making burger patties, salad, sauces, etc.
  • Drive the business van for logistics and transporting equipment.
  • Manage, train and lead the team, filling in for order taking, cooking on grill, burger assembly, etc.
  • Ensure excellent knowledge of operations and lead the team by example, with respect and support.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years experience managing fast‑food stalls, cafes, trucks, or similar.
  • Food safety and hygiene certificate desired (Level 3 minimum, Level 2 acceptable).
  • UK right to work and full UK driving licence.
  • Advanced English communication skills.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Stall is weekly on Wednesdays at Cow Cross Yards.
  • Work hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  • An additional day may be added for another food market.
  • Hourly pay: £15–£16.5.
  • Depending on performance and sales, an annual bonus is also offered.
  • Payment is by invoice only.
