Responsibilities:
- Supply food from business suppliers and prepare for markets, including making burger patties, salad, sauces, etc.
- Drive the business van for logistics and transporting equipment.
- Manage, train and lead the team, filling in for order taking, cooking on grill, burger assembly, etc.
- Ensure excellent knowledge of operations and lead the team by example, with respect and support.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years experience managing fast‑food stalls, cafes, trucks, or similar.
- Food safety and hygiene certificate desired (Level 3 minimum, Level 2 acceptable).
- UK right to work and full UK driving licence.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Stall is weekly on Wednesdays at Cow Cross Yards.
- Work hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
- An additional day may be added for another food market.
- Hourly pay: £15–£16.5.
- Depending on performance and sales, an annual bonus is also offered.
- Payment is by invoice only.
