Key Responsibilities And Tasks

  • Providing quality language teaching to adult and/or young learners at a variety of levels
  • Familiarising yourself with Bayswater materials, our online platform, and preparation of lessons
  • Ensuring daily and weekly admin tasks are completed
  • Follow the syllabus outlined while adding your own supplementary materials
  • Carrying out the schools safeguarding policy and maintaining a friendly but professional manner at all times
  • Attending our fortnightly CPD sessions

Essential

  • An undergraduate/university degree
  • A CELTA/Trinity Cert TESOL or a PGCE (certain other qualifications will be accepted provided they meet specific requirements)
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring students

Desirable

  • Previous EFL school experience
  • DELTA or Trinity Diploma
