About the Role

We are seeking a passionate candidate to join our team as an administrator.

Your main aim will be to promote our sporting mentoring programme activities and support with partnership to help grow our organisation.

What difference will you make?

Your role will be important in terms of organising our project activities as well as communicating with potential partners and collaborators.

We want to grow our company as well as spread awareness of the programme we are delivering.

Supporting more young people is central to the work which we do and your role is to help promote our services as well ensuring our business is working adequately.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in marketing or service/product promotion.
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to write in a creative manner.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Showcase knowledge and understanding of social media marketing.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to understanding the target audience.
  • Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

As our administrator you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns.

You will also be responsible for measuring and analysing the performance metrics and KPIs.

To be successful in this job role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work for long hours.

You should also have good time management skills and exceptional organizational skills.
