Pay Range

£13.17 per hour

35 hours per week (additional hours may be available).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent excellent customer service within your shop.
• Assist the shop manager with operational standards.
• Assist with accurate scheduling (colleague rotas) of the shop.
• Support new colleagues through induction and training.
• Maintain compliance with food hygiene, legal diligence, health and safety, company cash and security processes.
• Maintain excellent standards within the shop and product quality.
• Encourage team development.
• Manage colleagues in a fast‑paced, customer service environment.
• Remain “hands‑on” during serving, baking, making filled rolls, hot drinks etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in retail and within the food‑to‑go industry.
• Experience delivering on KPIs and profitability.
• Experience managing stock.
• Confident, enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills.

Location and Hours

195-197 High Street, Leslie, KY6 3AZ.

Shifts vary week to week, may include weekends, between 5:00 am and 4:30 pm. Must be able to work any 5 days from 7.
