Bayne’s the Family Bakers is looking for a flexible, customer-focused Mobile Senior Sales Assistant to support shops across multiple locations in Glasgow and surrounding area. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll provide cover during holidays, absences and staffing shortages, helping our shops continue to deliver excellent customer service and high operational standards. You will be given various shifts - which will change week to week and will include weekends (when rostered on) between 5am and 6pm - any 5 days from 7. Please only apply if you can commit to this. 35 hours per week (although additional hours may be available). £13.58 per hour plus an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support multiple shops within your designated area
  • Deliver excellent customer service across all locations
  • Assist with serving customers, merchandising, stock handling and food preparation
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance
  • Support shop teams and day-to-day operations
  • Follow cash handling and security procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Travel Requirements

This is a mobile role requiring regular travel between shops. Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed monthly.
