Bayne’s the Family Bakers in Fintry, Dundee is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager. 35 hours per week with shifts that vary weekly and include weekends, between 5:30am and 5pm, five days out of seven.
You will help run the shop, schedule colleagues, train new staff and ensure top customer service and product quality. The role requires previous retail supervisory experience, confidence and enthusiasm, and a focus on KPIs, stock management and food hygiene compliance.
