  • Strong understanding of safe vehicle loading and transportation procedures.

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service during vehicle collection.

As a ARC Recovery Truck Driver, you will have the following Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence with the appropriate category to operate recovery vehicles (essential).
  • Driver CPC qualification (essential).
  • Previous experience in vehicle recovery or transportation (preferred).

Main Duties

  • Operate recovery trucks to transport damaged or broken-down vehicles to the Accident Repair Centre.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers at the scene of a breakdown or accident.
  • Ensure vehicles are securely loaded and transported in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle recoveries, including details of the journey and any incidents.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance on recovery trucks to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Communicate effectively with the Accident Repair Centre team to coordinate vehicle arrivals.
