Who you are:
- Have 3 years experience in people management (line management to mid-management level)
- Proven leadership skills and be able to have a positive influence on your team
- Target-driven and ambitious
- Experience in coaching people with the ability to adapt their style to suit individual needs
- Strong business analytic skills, identifying any issues and taking the necessary action
As the Group Service Manager:
- You will travel between your allocated departments and manage your time accordingly
- You will be a proven leader, with strong team development and communications skills.
- You must be able to coach and motivate the team to exceed sales and financial targets.
- You will have a proven record of delivering excellent customer service
Main Duties:
- Exceed the monthly financial net profit target
- Ensure your team deliver outstanding customer experience
- Managing 5 or 6 service managers within our group of 11 dealerships.
- Controlling the diary of your Group Support Service Manager
- Liaising with our other Group Service Manager to ensure we achieve our objectives as a team.
- Working closely with the Aftersales Director.
- Develop and coach your team.
- Ensure that your area adheres to our health and safety policy
- Make sure that the main KPIs are exceeded
- Maintain an excellent relationship with our manufacturing partners
- Consistently live the company's core values and instil this in your team
