Baylis Cirencester is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our aftersales team. Working with Mitsubishi and Vauxhall vehicles, you'll carry out servicing, repairs, maintenance and diagnostics while delivering high standards of workmanship and customer care. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with manufacturer training, EV training and MOT licence training, all within a successful and growing motor group.

The Role

  • Diagnose, service and repair customer vehicles.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and vehicle health checks.
  • Complete customer video health checks.
  • Identify and advise on any additional work required.
  • Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards.
  • Keep up to date with the latest vehicle technology through ongoing training.
  • Maintain a safe, organised and productive working environment.

About You

  • Have at least 3 years' experience working on light vehicles.
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
  • Have strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Be organised, reliable and detail-focused.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
