Do you have a love of flowers, colours, quality and design? We're looking for a Florist with passion and experience to join our growing team. The Bayley & Sage brand is a well-established brand in London, and our style and standard of flowers are a firm favourite with our customers.

What we are looking for:

  • A florist with knowledge and passion for flowers
  • Someone that provides excellent customer service to our clientele
  • It is essential that the right person joining our team can see our vision, brand and style.
  • This role is for someone that enjoys being part of a team and who wants to contribute.
  • Confident in conditioning flowers and in knowledge of flowers
  • Experience as a Florist, desirable

Your role:

  • Ensuring the displays are full and always looking at their best.
  • Workroom flower management - including all conditioning of flowers and rotation management of vases and buckets
  • Plant management
  • Ensure the set designed bouquets are always ready and prepared for the stand
  • Provide great customer service
  • Process ambient, fresh, packaging, and consumable deliveries
  • Display and merchandise stock
  • Stock rotate, check sell by/use by dates and record
  • Serve, process transactions and pack customers groceries in bags
  • Dispose of waste to the correct containers
  • Perform general cleaning duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
