Bayley and Sage is a small group of 14 independent stores filling the fridges and hearts of local communities across London. The company has provided delicious food to our communities since 1997, we are proud of our quality and provenance, and we would like to expand our team with the role of Deliveroo Operations Co-ordinator.

This is a pivotal role with clear accountability for the performance of Deliveroo as a revenue channel. You will oversee everything from menu optimisation and product presentation to order flow, customer experience, and platform performance, ensuring every detail contributes to both brand integrity and commercial success. Working closely with store teams, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase basket spend, and reduce operational friction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Deliveroo performance across all locations
  • Curate and optimise menus to drive sales, AOV, and product visibility
  • Ensure all listings, descriptions, and photography are aligned with brand standards and conversion-focused
  • Monitor live order flow, ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency of execution
  • Manage customer queries and refunds, balancing customer experience with cost control
  • Work closely with store teams to improve preparation times and reduce errors
  • Identify gaps in availability, bestsellers, and underperforming products
  • React quickly to platform issues, outages, or operational challenges
