Our success is driven by our dedicated team, especially our Shift Leaders, who play a key role in daily operations. What You\’ll Do Manage shifts and assist (or deputize for) the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, including stock availability, staffing, store presentation, quality checks, and maintenance. Ensure proper handover between shifts. Supervise team members, ensuring excellent customer service. Assist in maximizing sales and minimizing waste, meeting daily and weekly targets. Maintain accurate POS and labeling. Participate in team training, development, and supervision, leading by example. Support health and safety compliance in line with legislation and company policies. Provide excellent customer service. Process deliveries of ambient, fresh, packaging, and consumable goods. Display and merchandise stock, check sell-by/use-by dates, and record stock rotation. Serve customers, process transactions, and pack groceries. Dispose of waste correctly and perform general cleaning duties. Is This You? Are you passionate about food?
