About the Role
Our client is looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join their growing team. As a Luxury Airbnb Cleaner, you'll play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across their clients' properties. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will set you up for success in this role. You'll be responsible for keeping a range of areas spotless, including:
- Kitchen
- WC
- Communal areas
- Bedrooms
- Lounges
- Utility rooms
- Stairs and landings
Our client is looking for someone with a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail, who can work both independently and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
- Carry out thorough cleaning of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas
- Change and launder bed linen and towels
- Replenish amenities and supplies
- Conduct detailed checks to ensure properties meet our high standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damage promptly
- Maintain excellent cleaning standards across all tasks
- Respond quickly to cleaning requests
- Follow company procedures
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Travel between properties using your own transport (desirable)
