Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (insured for business use)
• The right to work in the UK
• Availability for at least 16 hours per week and alternate weekends
• You must live locally to the Sussex Weald area

Your Role as a Care Assistant

• Provide personal care and daily living support that helps clients feel safe, comfortable, and valued
• Help clients maintain their independence with dignity and respect
• Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
• Drive clients to appointments and outings, ensuring their well‑being along the way
• Use your excellent communication and IT skills to support care planning and documentation
• No experience? No problem – we’ll support you with everything you need to become an exceptional Care Assistant
• We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those with NHS, Support Worker, or Early Years experience
