An established UK financial advisory business is seeking a Client Servicing Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to financial advisers and clients. The role sits within a collaborative administration team and focuses on delivering a high standard of client service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting ongoing client relationships.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to financial advisers and clients within a shared team structure.
  • Manage client and third-party queries professionally and in line with internal procedures.
  • Ensure requests and actions are completed accurately and within agreed service standards.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client records.
  • Prepare client correspondence, forms, and supporting documentation.
