Role Purpose
Provide high-quality administrative and client support to Financial Advisers, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support
- Act as first point of contact for clients (phone, email, in person)
- Manage adviser diaries and coordinate meetings
- Handle client queries and maintain strong relationships
- Track and follow up on actions from client meetings
- Prepare meeting packs and onboarding documents
- Submit and manage applications accurately and on time
- Liaise with clients to obtain required information
- Process trades, fund switches, and policy updates
- Schedule and support review meetings
- Prepare valuation and review reports
- Maintain compliant and up-to-date client records
- Ensure follow-ups and agreed actions are completed
- Maintain CRM records and upload file notes
- Handle general admin tasks and documentation
- Process requests (e.g. surrenders, claims)
- Support team coverage and escalate risks when needed
