Overview
Audiologist – Thame (OX9 2BL) & Headington (OX3 9HZ)
3 days / 24 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

- 15-minute hearing health checks to identify needs and build rapport
- 75-minute hearing care examinations to dive deep into your clients’ lifestyle, preferences, and hearing goals
This extended appointment structure allows you to build trust, understand each individual, and recommend the most suitable solutions—without rushing.
What you will be doing:
- Carrying out hearing care examinations to the highest clinical standards
- Following all current HCPC and BSA testing guidelines
- Collaborating closely with your practice team to deliver obsessively great service throughout the Bayfields client journey
- Educating clients about their hearing health and empowering them to make informed decisions
- Supporting a seamless experience across both Thame and Headington locations
What we are looking for:
- HCPC-registered Audiologist with a passion for person-centred care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What we will give you:
- 5 weeks’ holiday, plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time hours)
- An additional day’s holiday for your birthday each year (pro rata for part time hours)
