We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced optical Practice Manager to join Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists in our Chester practice with a strong background in optics to lead and inspire our team.
About the Role:
As our Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and service. We aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of our clients via our Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey which is at the core of what we do which is why our client testing times are 45-minutes each. Your expertise in optical retail will enable you to effectively manage operations, drive business growth, and lead a motivated team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the practice
- Lead, support, and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer care via our Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey
- Manage stock, budgets, and performance KPIs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Foster a positive, professional working environment
About You:
- Proven experience in optical retail management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- FBDO Dispensing Optician qualification (desirable)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth
