Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Transactional Finance Manager at Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists. The Transactional Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, managing transactions, overseeing financial processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role is hybrid – 3 days in Head Office located in Esholt and 2 days at home with a salary up to £45k per annum.

Experience

  • Financial Management, Transaction Management, and Regulatory Compliance skills
  • Sage 200 and Concur knowledge
  • Experience in a finance team, including financial administration
  • Strong understanding of transactional finance processes (AP, AR, banking, reconciliations)
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Leadership and team development skills
  • Build and lead a high-performing transactional finance team through clear direction, coaching, and development.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
  • Experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
