Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists are looking for an experienced Dispensing Optician to join our fabulous Leamington Spa Practice (CV32 4BA). This is a full time, permanent role for 5 days / 40 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm & Saturday 8:45am - 4:30pm) with 45-minute client testing times.
When you join Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists as our Dispensing Optician, you are joining an independent business. Although we are national, we are not a huge chain which means we understand the importance of local relationships and the power of choice. We aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of our clients via our Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey which is at the core of what we do.
We provide all clients with a 45-minute eye exam which gives our fabulous Optometrists the time to really understand their clients’ needs and lifestyles and then recommend solutions that fit best to that lifestyle. If you are looking for a role that gives you more time to spend with your clients, then please come and join us. We have the latest diagnostic equipment, the latest technological advances in contact lenses, spectacle lenses and frames, and the latest fashions.
You will work closely with your team members to ensure we provide the best solutions for our clients and their lifestyles. It’s not all about dispensing, fitting and adjusting spectacles or even teaching clients how to use contact lenses, it’s about you delivering obsessively great service every step of the client journey and putting your clients at the forefront of their time in the practice.
Key Requirements for this role:- Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
- You hold the FBDO qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in a dispensing optician role.
