Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in optics to lead and inspire our team in our gorgeous Cricklade practice.

About the Role:

As a Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and service. Your expertise in optical retail will enable you to effectively manage operations, drive business growth, and lead a motivated team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the practice
