Full-time – 5 days / 40 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday 9am – 5:30pm)

Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists are seeking an experienced FBDO Dispensing Optician Practice Manager with a strong background in optics to lead and inspire our team in Henleaze, Bristol.

About the Role:

As our FBDO Dispensing Optician Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and service. We aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of our clients via our Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey which is at the core of what we do and is why our client testing times are 45‑minutes each. Your expertise in optical retail will enable you to effectively manage operations, drive business growth, and lead a motivated team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the practice
• Lead, support, and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer care via our Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey
• Manage stock, budgets, and performance KPIs
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
• Foster a positive, professional working environment
