If yes, come and join our fabulous team at Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists in Welwyn Garden City (AL8 6HA), where exceptional patient care meets professional excellence. We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to cover our rota every Saturday.
When you join Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists as our Optometrist, you are joining an independent business. Although we are national, we are not a huge chain which means we understand the importance of local relationships and the power of choice. We aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of our clients via our Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey which is at the core of what we do. We provide all clients with a 45-minute eye exam which gives you as our fabulous Optometrist the time to really understand your clients’ needs and lifestyles and then recommend solutions that fit best to that lifestyle. If you are looking for a role that gives you more time to spend with your clients, then please come and join us. We have the latest diagnostic equipment, the latest technological advances in contact lenses, spectacle lenses and frames, and the latest fashions. What We Offer: Competitive salary up to £65k FTE (pro rata for part time hours). What We are Looking For: A qualified and experienced Optometrist registered with the General Optical Council (GOC). You to provide a 45-minute eye exam which gives you time to really understand your clients’ needs and lifestyle and then recommend solutions that fit best to that lifestyle by following the GOC and College of Optometry guidelines. Someone passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care and building strong relationships with clients. A team player who thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment who will also be involved in supporting, mentoring and guiding our newly qualified Optometrist.
