Facilities & Maintenance Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract – Maternity Cover, Minimum 12 Months)

Location: Esholt, West Yorkshire, BD17 7RH

Hours: Full-time, Office-Based (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm)

Now, we are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is your chance to play a key role in keeping our practices safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

What You Will Do

• Ensure NHS compliance across the group
• Coordinate maintenance and technical tasks across multiple sites
• Schedule and oversee PAT testing, Health & Safety audits, and fire and electrical inspections
• Manage and resolve requests via our ticketing system

• Provide general support whenever needed the wider Operations team

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on facilities experience and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ideally, experience in Estate Agency, Construction/Building Services, or Healthcare/NHS facilities
• Or, transferable skills with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
