When you join Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists as our Audiologist, you are joining an independent business. Although we are national, we are not a huge chain which means we understand the importance of local relationships and the power of choice. We also have state of the art equipment to help identify the mildest hearing loss with a wide range of hearing solutions. At Bayfields we are passionate about the services we provide our clients.
As our Audiologist, you will know that the best quality care comes from getting to know your clients in more depth. You will spend 15 minutes on a hearing health check and 75 minutes on the hearing care examinations. This gives you time to really understand your clients’ needs and lifestyle and then recommend solutions that fit best to that lifestyle. You will carry out all hearing care examinations to the highest standards, and follow all current HCPC and BSA testing guidelines, while working closely with your practice team to deliver obsessively great service at every step in the Bayfields client journey.
Alongside having your Audiology degree or a Foundation Degree in Hearing Aid Audiology, our Audiologist will be HCPC registered, and you will have completed your pre-registration training. Our ideal Audiologist will be confident, possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to succeed. You will also have excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build strong relationships with your team members, peers, and clients. Accuracy and attention to detail are vital for this role in line with being able to make clear recommendations and clinical decisions.
If you are ready for a new and exciting opportunity and your values align with ours, then we would love to hear from you!
