We are seeking a Training and Development Manager (Fixed term contract for a year until 31 Dec 2026) to join our team in Farnborough. Culturally, our learners are at the heart of everything we do. You will work alongside industry leaders in a state-of-the-art training centre.
What Awaits You?
- As part of the Partner Training Team, you will design blended learning packages using the latest innovative methods across all Financial Services Brands and functions (BMW, MINI, Motorrad, ALPHERA, Alphabet and Ireland) to Retailers, Partners and Intermediaries.
- Lead the design and delivery of Finance and Insurance training initiatives.
- Proactively recommend, research, and develop innovative learning initiatives to maintain a market-leading training offering.
- Collaborate closely with the NSC and BMW Group Academy UK to ensure alignment and active participation in BMW Group UK training programs, while understanding the challenges and priorities faced by Retailers, Intermediaries, and their teams regarding training options.
- Guarantee that all sales-related training programs incorporate essential regulatory compliance content, fostering a culture of compliant customer engagement and responsible selling.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated passion and curiosity for Learning and Development, with the ability to engage and inspire learners from the initial interaction.
- Proven experience in designing, delivering and evaluating blended learning solutions across diverse channels and formats.
- Strong IT proficiency, including expertise in content creation tools for both digital and face-to-face training and extensive experience with software platforms for content development.
