Job Description: Become part of our Pallet Repair Team in Swindon, supporting the repair, and modification of containers used within our production operations. Working as part of an experienced team, you will help ensure that containers are available to support daily production requirements.
What awaits you?
- Manufacture and repair containers to the required standard.
- Carry out daily duties in line with BMW and H&S procedures.
- Operate specialist equipment within the pallet repair and manufacturing process.
- Manage assigned workload and support operational requirements.
- Maintain quality standards within the pallet repair process.
- Maintain a safe and organised working area.
What should you bring along?
- Engineering apprenticeship or relevant manufacturing experience.
- Welding skills (MIG, TIG or ARC).
- Understanding of engineering drawings.
- FLT licence or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience in fabrication, gas cutting or paint spraying would be beneficial.
