BMW Financial Services and Alphabet products and services are typically sold through a network of intermediaries. We aim to ensure we and our Sales Intermediaries offer customers support where needed and the right information for them to make an informed decision. We carry regulatory responsibilities to take reasonable steps to monitor the compliant sale of our finance products and services. You will support the ongoing oversight of these intermediaries, covering key topics around overall governance, culture and values and sales processes. Sales Intermediary Oversight are a unique team in which we monitor all intermediaries across all our brands to ensure we and they meet key legal and regulatory requirements.
