BMW Group is looking for a Regional Security Planner (RSP) for Europe Region. This role is based at BMW Plant Oxford and is part of the Regional Security Office (RSO) Europe North & West team who are responsible for supporting our regional business stakeholders in key corporate security topics such as Crisis Management, Information Protection, and Incident Management.
What awaits you?
- You will direct security planning, security consultancy, and security steering (e.g. Access Management, CCTV & technical measures planning) to building projects in support of regional strategic projects.
- Ensure stakeholder compliance with security and emergency response policies, as well as legal and regulatory requirements across the Europe region.
- You will have a key responsibility for audits coordination & planning of the security function throughout the Europe region.
- Collaborate effectively as a member of the RSO function, fostering strong teamwork across the Europe Region.
What should you bring along?
- Sufficient experience in the security, risk management, project management functions gained because of membership of an operational or corporate security team, ongoing certified training and development, and demonstrable continued network interface with related stakeholders.
- An enhanced “digital affinity” and be able to use technical systems and have a raised awareness of innovation and digitalisation opportunities to support both quality and efficiency opportunities.
- Operational security techniques with knowledge & familiarity with building projects (security topics), technical security technology & infrastructure; security processes, & related methodologies.
- International leadership experience is desirable.
