BMW Group UK is seeking a Network Standards Manager to join our Network Development team on a 12‑month fixed term basis. This is a key role that helps protect our brand and ensure contractual compliance across the BMW and MINI Retailer Network in the UK. As we introduce our exciting Retail.Next transformation - bringing a refreshed showroom identity and updated contract standards - you will play an important part in shaping and supporting this rollout across our Retailer Network.

What awaits you?

  • Lead the full annual audit process for Retail and Agency Standards, including managing external partners and analysing trends and forecasted costs.
  • Provide support for a range of Network Development projects, including initiatives related to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the implementation of centrally developed pilots.
  • Develop clear local guidelines and programmes to help Retailers implement the new showroom identity.
  • Manage central and local suppliers, ensuring premium service and excellent value for Retailers.
  • Work collaboratively with specialist teams in the UK and Germany to review, adapt, and enhance Sales and Service Retail Standards.
  • Support Retailer compliance by providing Corporate Identity materials and oversight of approved Architects, OCS, and ICs partners.
  • Provide cost forecasts related to brand standards implementation.
  • Act as the custodian of Retail Standards and a trusted centre of expertise for the brand.
  • Manage relationships on topics with financial impact for the Retailer Network, using strong communication and influencing skills.

What should you bring along?

  • Business or Project Management qualifications.
  • Automotive experience, ideally in Retailer‑facing roles.
  • Project management and auditing expertise.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and reporting accuracy, with great attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
  • Experience managing third‑party suppliers.
  • A self‑motivated approach and a proactive mindset.
