You will be part of the project team that will embark on the replacement of the existing Contract Management System (CMS) for both the Retail and then Fleet business. The role will involve managing a diverse IT team alongside service providers and vendors, collaborating closely with stakeholders across multiple departments—both within IT and the broader business (market and central)—to ensure successful delivery of change and to introduce operational stability for the implemented solution. This role will initially focus on the B2C CMS system replacement (SEAL UK and SEAL IE), and will then move to the replacement of the Fleet CMS (Fleetware) if a combined CMS for both businesses is not implemented.

  • Lead and coach agile teams, fostering self-organisation and effective decision-making.
  • Communicate confidently at all levels, from technical teams to senior management and directors.
  • Maintain broad networks with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external suppliers.
  • Ensure high-quality IT service delivery through standardised agile processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Strategise and prioritise business needs, enabling innovative and creative IT solutions.
  • Implement a stable system into operations with timely incident resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with local and central IT teams and manage supplier relationships to optimise IT services.
  • Manage the IT Opex that supports this significant change program.
