We are looking for a commercially minded marketer ready to bring brands to life in a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment. This role delivers impactful brand strategies and activation plans across a dynamic FMCG portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and rollout of brand plans aligned to business goals
  • Deliver engaging marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and media channels
  • Own content creation and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence online
  • Drive and optimise digital marketing campaigns for performance and reach
  • Monitor brand performance, track KPIs, and support budget management
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and retail partners to bring initiatives to market
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales, Category & Insights, Commercial Strategy, Global brand and innovation teams and external agencies (media, creative, research)

Qualifications

  • Background in marketing, business or a related field
  • Experience or exposure within FMCG, Consumer Health or a fast‑moving commercial environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and media channels
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects in a dynamic setting
