We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Policy Leader to shape the global policy landscape for Consumer Health. In this high‑visibility, strategically critical role, you will guide how we anticipate regulatory change, influence external environments, and embed regulatory foresight into business decision‑making worldwide.

You will lead our global regulatory intelligence capability, represent the organisation in key industry and policy forums, and play a pivotal role in enabling faster, safer, and more innovative product development across markets. What You Will Do
  • Lead global regulatory intelligence and policy tracking to anticipate emerging trends and risks.
  • Interpret global regulatory developments and translate them into strategic guidance for innovation and market access.
  • Develop and execute global policy‑influencing strategies to shape the external regulatory environment.
  • Drive global alignment by partnering with regional and market regulatory teams.
