Data & AI Specialist

Scope: Global / Local

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and validate data feeds, platform outputs, and vendor deliveries for completeness, timeliness, and quality.
  • Maintain business rules, mappings, taxonomies, classifications, and documentation to ensure data is consistent and usable.
  • Investigate data quality issues, support root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support analytics and reporting needs through data preparation, validation, and handover to BI or AI use cases.
  • Contribute to AI‑ready data operations by improving structure, labels, context, and documentation for datasets.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify recurring work through self‑service, automation, and practical use of AI tools.

Qualifications

  • Background in business, data analytics, information management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in data operations, data quality, analytics, and AI‑enabled ways of working.
  • Confident user of Excel and analytical tools; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, cloud data platforms, workflow tools, or automation is an advantage.
  • Strong AI fluency, with the ability to leverage tools such as n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and reliable, with the ability to follow processes while suggesting practical improvements.

  • Salary you can expect: £41,830 - £52,287 pa depending on experience. Salary reviews take place annually in April.
